Parry was a dream to work with. Our family of 4 was living in Salt Lake City, UT and looking to buy a 4 bedroom home in a particular part of Astoria-Ditmars.
We had extremely specific criteria for what we were looking for and Parry continuously found property matches, as well as others to help us expand our thinking.
The first thing you'll notice about Parry is how responsive he is. He will text, email or take a call almost any time of day and he'll follow through with requests to contact the seller just as fast. I literally cannot remember one time that I called Parry and he didn't answer the phone.
During the buying process, Parry's main goal we got a place that met our needs and didn't overspend to get it. Parry advised us to stay patient even though its in his interest for us to close a quickly as possible.
Parry is extremely knowledgeable about homes and helped us make a number of decisions along the way about what kind of construction would make sense, and which inspection issues really mattered.
Once we got an offer accepted, Parry advised us step by step through the home buying process including tons of questions in the contract phase, inspection and even helped us negotiate a lower purchase price when the appraisal came in short.
To sum it up, Parry is great with the big stuff, while also sweating the small stuff. I'd recommend him to anyone buying a home, and would imagine he'd be just as helpful to anyone selling a home.
